About our services
Summit Outreach LLC operates the Carrier Vault and Fleet Advocate marketing brands. All insurance services are placed through appropriately licensed insurance professionals and carrier partners in compliance with applicable state regulations. All insurance binders and policies are issued by the underlying insurance carriers/MGAs.
Free Safety Reviews (Fleet Advocate)
Fleet Advocate's free CSA Health Check is a compliance analysis based on public FMCSA data. It is not insurance advice and does not guarantee any particular reduction in premium. The free review is provided in good faith to help fleet owners understand their safety record.
Insurance quotes (Carrier Vault)
Carrier Vault places commercial trucking insurance policies with carriers from our specialty market panel through licensed broker partners holding direct appointments with each carrier. All quotes are subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility, and final binding decisions. Quotes and indications are not guarantees of coverage and may change based on information disclosed during the application process.
Accuracy of information you provide
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or safety review. Misrepresentation can void coverage and may affect eligibility for our services.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Summit Outreach LLC, through its Carrier Vault and Fleet Advocate brands, operates a mobile messaging program (the “SMS Program”) that delivers transactional and promotional text messagesto users who explicitly opt in. The SMS Program is intended for U.S. commercial trucking fleet owners and decision-makers and includes: quote confirmations and status updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, policy renewal reminders, free CSA safety review follow-up, account notifications, and occasional promotional offers related to commercial trucking insurance.
Age restriction. The SMS Program is offered only to users who are at least 18 years of age. By opting in you represent that you are 18 or older and are authorized to receive SMS messages at the mobile number you provide.
How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on any lead form at thecarriervault.com, by texting us first at (830) 388-7377, or by providing verbal consent during an inbound phone call. SMS consent is never required to receive a quote or any other service.
How to opt out. You can opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP (or texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any text message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, after which no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe at a later time, reply START or opt in again via our website.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your activity, typically 1–6 messages per month per active request.
Message and data rates. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving SMS messages depending on your wireless plan. Summit Outreach LLC is not responsible for charges levied by your carrier.
Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Limitation of liability
Summit Outreach LLC and its carrier partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
